Compelling stories are no longer enough as green building becomes mainstream, especially in the financial industry. People want to know exactly what are the financial benefits, are they consistent, and on what are they based? They are no longer satisfied with people telling them the benefits are there. They want to see the statistics and the numbers, showing them the advantages of green buildings. The green building alliance is making the effort to obtain this data, by preforming the research and collaborating with architects and other partners to share data on individual buildings.
